  • Karaoke Arte - 14th of July

📍Place de la République, Arles ▪️iDzia installation: sound, LED screen, lighting As part of its Summer Tour, the iconic pink bus of @arteconcertfr made a joyful stop in Arles to celebrate Bastille Day on July 14th with a giant karaoke party under the stars, open to all and driven by a spirit of pure celebration. This traveling concept by Arte Concert turns every city stop into a festive, unifying event, transforming urban public spaces into open-air stages where locals and visitors can step up and share their favorite songs. The LED screen displays lyrics in large format while the sound system is tuned to ensure that every voice rising from the crowd is heard loud and clear. iDzia was proud to handle the installation of sound, LED screen, lighting, and electricity to ensure the technical setup matched the scale of the event and delivered a smooth, immersive experience. The Place de la République quickly filled with an exuberant crowd, singing together in harmony and joy to the greatest hits of popular and cultural music, creating an atmosphere infused with good vibes, togetherness, and spontaneity. Thanks to the encouragement of the organizers and the support of the City of Arles, this extraordinary evening offered a musical firework show—without any fireworks—a moving and memorable alternative that resonated deeply with the audience. The Arte Concert karaoke delighted all generations, from children to elders, each reconnecting with beloved classics or discovering new songs in this huge open-air urban theater. iDzia ensured that the lighting highlighted faces and smiles, that the sound was powerful yet comfortable, that the screen was visible from afar, and that the whole system ran smoothly despite the many technical challenges that come with outdoor public events. Taking part in an event of this scale is also our opportunity to emphasize the cultural and social connection that a simple moment—like a giant karaoke—can create, especially when carried by a public cultural broadcaster. Thank you to @villearles for organizing such a remarkable evening, thank you to @arteconcertfr for bringing its Summer Tour to Arles and seeing in this national holiday the chance for a fun, inclusive celebration. And thank you to all the participants who stepped up, sang, laughed, and shared the moment. We are proud to have contributed to this 2025 Bastille Day in Arles with our technical expertise and commitment to making culture come alive in new ways. A giant karaoke is more than a mic and some lyrics—it’s a sonic and human communion at the scale of an entire city. #sound #ledscreen #light

  • Rencontres d'Arles : videoprojection in Théâtre Antique Arles

📍Arles, Théâtre Antique ▪️ iDzia Installation: Sound, Light, Video A spectacular opening week marked the 2025 Rencontres d’Arles at the Théâtre Antique, where photography, videoprojection, live storytelling, monumental projections, and aerial performances blended into a powerful celebration of image and voice. This unique experience was made possible by the remarkable presence of the Compagnie Gratte Ciel and the technical expertise of iDzia, which provided the full setup of sound, lighting, and video within this heritage-listed venue. Since its founding in 2013, Gratte Ciel has been turning the sky into a stage, driven by a poetic and choreographic vision of aerial space, and for this edition of the Rencontres, they brought bodies into flight above the ancient stone arena of Arles, in perfect harmony with the projected visuals and embodied narratives. Each evening allowed audiences to discover or rediscover leading artists such as Nan Goldin, whose intimate and powerful imagery was projected on a monumental scale, the photographers of the MYOP agency celebrating 20 years of documentary engagement through the exhibition “Mes yeux, objets patients,” and the emotional energy of Live Magazine, where journalism and performance come together in a unique live format. To support this rich and sensitive program, iDzia deployed a precisely calibrated d&b audiotechnik sound system tailored to the venue’s natural acoustics, ensuring exceptional clarity for voices, soundtracks, and live performances, with an enveloping diffusion reaching every seat in the amphitheater. Lighting was designed to respect and enhance the historic stonework, highlighting both performers and the monument itself, creating an immersive and evolving atmosphere throughout the evenings. Video projection, executed with millimetric precision, magnified the visual works and seamlessly integrated them into the dramatic architectural space. Thanks to smooth collaboration between the Rencontres d’Arles teams, the Gratte Ciel company, and iDzia’s technicians—Nico, Pablo, Emilie, and Elliott—each performance unfolded under optimal technical conditions, merging heritage, contemporary creation, and advanced technology. This complete audiovisual system allowed the Rencontres to reinvent the Théâtre Antique as a living, breathing space of contemporary energy, shaped by moving images, powerful voices, and soaring bodies, while reflecting the festival’s deeply humanist spirit. iDzia is proud to have contributed to this unforgettable edition, where sound, light, and video brought history to life in rhythm with today’s perspectives. #leson #lalumiere #lavideo

Installed in this former stable turned memorial site, the exhibition questions identity, heritage, and intimate memory through a compelling selection of artists such as Carolle Benitah, Mackenzy Bergile, Sarah Braeck, Nicolás Lamas, Brett Lloyd, Diana Scherer, and Zineb Sedira. • Luma Foundation in Arles - Exhibitions summer 2025

📍 Luma Foundation, Arles ▪️ iDzia Installation: sound, video, and audiovisual A summer of contemporary art has begun at Luma Foundation in Arles, a major destination for artistic creation and contemporary reflection, located at the heart of the Parc des Ateliers. This unique site continues to establish itself as an interdisciplinary platform where art, science, ecology, and architecture converge. For summer 2025, Luma presents a thought-provoking program that immerses visitors in powerful works by internationally renowned artists, each questioning our world through visual, sonic, and environmental narratives. In the Grande Halle, Egyptian artist Wael Shawky unveils Je suis les hymnes , a monumental installation combining performance, chant, video, and historical storytelling. The piece explores the connections between identity, collective memory, and political mythology through a striking mise-en-scène filled with choirs, costumed figures, and symbolic imagery inspired by Middle Eastern history. The work, both theatrical and introspective, invites audiences to challenge dominant narratives and rethink cultural legacies. At the Magasin Électrique, Belgian landscape designer Bas Smets presents Climates of Landscape , an exhibition that questions our relationship with climate, water, light, and the transformation of natural spaces. Through models, videos, maps, and interactive displays, Smets reveals the natural forces that shape our environment and proposes a new, sensitive reading of the landscape, echoing the very park he designed at Luma. In La Mécanique Générale, Singaporean artist Ho Tzu Nyen presents Strange Tales , a sensory journey through hybrid narratives that blend Asian legends, speculative fiction, and spectral memory. Using immersive video, 3D animation, and fragmented storytelling, he examines how myths and stories influence our understanding of reality and imagination. Other major artists also enrich this dynamic summer program. Inside the iconic Luma Tower, Swiss artist Peter Fischli exhibits People, Planet, Profit , a sharp and ironic critique of global capitalist logic and its planetary impact. Meanwhile, a moving retrospective is dedicated to American photographer David Armstrong, a key figure of the 1980s queer scene in New York, whose intimate portraits and quiet urban scenes capture a sense of beauty and melancholy on society’s margins. The entire Luma site – from its refurbished industrial buildings to the Tower’s galleries and landscaped gardens – becomes a space of artistic exploration, where each corner offers a new idea, a sound, a story, or an emotion. This ambitious yet accessible summer program reaffirms Luma as a vibrant space, constantly in dialogue with its time and surroundings. Free entry with reservation. Open every day this summer. #sound #light #audiovisual

  • Fragonard's Dinner at the Ancient Amphitheater in Arles

📍Ancient Amphitheatre, Arles ▪️ iDzia installation: light To conclude the inauguration week of the brand-new Fragonard Museum of Fashion and Costume in Arles, Maison Fragonard invited its guests to a dinner celebrating elegance and creativity. Held at the heart of the Roman amphitheatre, directly on the arena floor, this grand banquet offered a breathtaking setting that blended history, heritage, and contemporary imagination. The space, already stunning by its nature, was elevated by the delicate floral compositions of @fleurs_d_arles, which added a poetic botanical presence within the ancient stone architecture. The dinner, conceived by philosopher and epicurean Fabien Vallos, guided guests through a rare sensory experience where culinary art and philosophical thought intertwined. Each dish was crafted as a narrative, an ephemeral artwork that delighted both the palate and the mind. This moment of conviviality brought together an eclectic mix of artists, fashion designers, historians, cultural figures, and Arlesian friends in an atmosphere that was both intimate and spectacular. For this exceptional evening, iDzia had the honor of contributing to the scenography by installing a gobo that projected the Fragonard logo onto the ancient stones of the amphitheatre. This luminous gesture, subtle yet impactful, highlighted the graphic elegance of the brand while entering into visual dialogue with the monument’s timeless texture and symbolic resonance. But what exactly is a gobo? Originating from the world of theatre and stage lighting, a gobo is a metal, glass, or plastic stencil placed inside a projector’s beam to shape light into a specific image, pattern, or logo that appears on a surface. Widely used in live performance, events, and contemporary scenography, a gobo creates ambiance, marks a space visually, and reinforces brand identity in a given environment. In this case, the iDzia gobo visually inscribed Fragonard’s presence into the majestic setting of the amphitheatre, bridging heritage with innovation through light. The Fragonard Museum of Fashion and Costume, housed in the refined Hôtel Bouchaud de Bussy, is envisioned as a vibrant cultural space within Arles, showcasing textile collections, artisanal craftsmanship, and fashion history with a modern sensibility. Through this unforgettable opening evening, Fragonard has firmly rooted itself in the cultural landscape of Arles while celebrating beauty, savoir-faire, and the art of living in all its forms. #Light

The lighting design was developed to highlight the monumental stonework and enhance the emotional depth of each performance, creating a visual choreography that harmonized perfectly with the music—from Awa Ly’s soulful folk to Robin McKelle’s jazz, from the Nomades' multicultural traditional songs to the intimate recital of Manoukian and Standley. The professional backline provided seamless transitions and met the technical expectations of each musician, ensuring a smooth and artist-centered experience. This full audiovisual system brought to life a vibrant, immersive, and emotionally rich atmosphere, staying true to the spirit of the festival, where women’s voices echo powerfully in stone and invite the audience on a sensory journey through African groove, American soul, jazz, world music, and French chanson. A heartfelt thank you to the Baux Pianos team, our technicians, and André Manoukian for this remarkable partnership, and to the audience who came to celebrate music and heritage. iDzia looks forward to returning to this extraordinary place, where sound, light, backline, and emotion come together to elevate every voice and every note. #leson #lalumière #lebackline #dbaudiotechnik

  • Aroma-Zone in Carrières des Lumières : a corporate event in a exclusive venue

📍Carrières de Lumières, Baux-de-Provence ▪️ iDzia Installation: Sound, Light, Video Holding a plenary session inside the Carrières de Lumières is a unique experience — a monumental venue in the heart of Les Baux-de-Provence that resonates with thousands of images and emotions. When Aroma-Zone entrusted us with the audiovisual design for their annual internal celebration, iDzia was proud to take full charge of the sound, lighting, and video integration to elevate this very special event for their teams. Aroma-Zone, a true success story born in 1999 as an aromatherapy blog created by the Vausselin family, has since grown into a leading brand with over 2,000 products, 16 stores across France, and a flagship location in Brussels. The company stands for natural beauty, personalization, and knowledge-sharing. For this annual staff celebration, the company chose this extraordinary venue to bring people together, celebrate achievements, and strengthen team spirit. iDzia responded with a fully immersive audiovisual setup: a carefully designed soundscape, a lighting design that enhanced the natural textures of the limestone vaults, and LED Screen videos blending corporate content with behind-the-scenes imagery from workshops and production. Our team regularly works at the Carrières, and we see every intervention there as a creative opportunity to deliver tailored atmospheres while respecting the integrity of the space. The sound was meticulously calibrated to respect the site’s natural acoustics, the lighting enhanced the raw beauty of the surroundings without overpowering it, and the video told the story of a company that evolved from a family-run blog into a DIY cosmetics pioneer with more than 3,000 homemade formulas. The experience created a meaningful bridge between the company's Provençal roots and this festive moment of recognition and unity. A heartfelt thank you to Aroma-Zone for their continued trust in iDzia, and congratulations to all the teams for making this gathering truly unforgettable. We look forward to our next collaboration in the Carrières de Lumières — where innovation, emotion, and human connection come together - or for any further corporate event . #sound #light #video

  • Baumanière celebrates its 80th anniversary : a family corporate event

📍Les Baux de Provence, Baumanière ▪️ iDzia Installation: Sound, Lighting, Power Distribution What an honor it was to support the Hôtel and Restaurant Baumanière in celebrating its 80th anniversary through a family corporate event, an exceptional moment in every way, reflecting the spirit of this iconic venue founded in 1945 by Raymond Thuilier, a passionate visionary who transformed a secluded Provençal farmhouse into a sanctuary of elegance, gastronomy, and art de vivre, crowned with three Michelin stars by 1954. Baumanière tells a story of legacy, passion, and innovation, carried today by Jean-André Charial, the founder’s grandson, a former apprentice of Troisgros and Bocuse, faithful to the values of refinement and sincerity while embracing modernity, notably alongside chef Glenn Viel, the driving force behind the restaurant’s return to a third star in 2020. Celebrating such an anniversary isn’t just marking time, it’s honoring a living heritage, a place that hosted legends like Picasso, Cocteau, De Gaulle, Queen Elizabeth, Churchill, and never stopped evolving, constantly cultivating excellence with humility, innovation with tradition, and hospitality at its finest, within a domain that merges haute cuisine, boutique hospitality, wellness, organic farming, and deep respect for nature; for this unique gathering held in the gardens of La Cabro d’Or. We at iDzia were proud to contribute in a tangible and emotional way by delivering the full technical setup for sound, lighting, and power distribution, ensuring every key moment of the day was supported, enhanced, and elevated with precision and care; our mission was to design a complete and elegant technical environment, from crystal-clear sound for speeches and musical ambiance, to a warm and subtle lighting design across the outdoor spaces at dusk, including full video support for the documentary film projection that retraced eight decades of culinary history and heartfelt memories. Our work followed two core values: respecting the essence of Baumanière and delivering flawless, seamless, premium-grade technical support that would remain invisible to guests but essential to the experience; every cable, cue, and transition was carefully planned to appear effortless and natural; the day began with a relaxed lunch in the garden, gathering friends, culinary figures, producers, journalists, and personalities, followed by a guided tour of the organic vegetable garden—symbol of Baumanière’s deep connection to the land—before transitioning into a refined evening cocktail and the emotional screening of the film, narrated with sincerity and sensitivity. In this enchanting setting, framed by cypress trees, olive groves, and golden stone walls, our technical setup quietly supported the atmosphere, allowing the beauty of the place, the people, the music, and the emotions to shine through; at iDzia, we believe that technical expertise has real value only when it enhances the magic of a moment—it’s not about doing more, but about doing right, understanding the soul of the space, listening to the needs of the organizers, collaborating with the on-site teams, and adapting to the domain’s natural constraints to deliver a performance that is discreet yet flawless, always aligned with Baumanière’s spirit of elegant simplicity. Beyond the setup, we aimed to uphold an entire philosophy—that of discreet luxury, sincere hospitality, and excellence rooted in human connection; this unforgettable day was made possible thanks to perfect coordination among all parties, and we extend our warm thanks to MegaStory for their trust, as well as Sébastien, Fanny, Vincent, and all the technical and hospitality teams who helped bring this event to life; witnessing our setup come alive in such a historic place, hearing the music float through the trees, watching the lights dance on the stone façades, and feeling the emotion during the final projection was a powerful moment for our whole team. Baumanière is more than a location—it is a way of life, a place grounded in time and space, a celebration of the present that never betrays its past, and we are proud to have contributed, in our own way, to this symbolic chapter, for an 80th anniversary that will be remembered as elegant, vibrant, and profoundly human.
