Beyond the renowned Rencontres festival, the OFF Festival offers an alternative, vibrant program that is firmly focused on experimentation and young creation. This year again, the Cours de l'Archevêché has transformed into an open-air stage, hosting carte blanche events, discussions, animation film screenings, as well as the works of students from the ENSP Arles (École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie). These evenings are precious moments where curious visitors, enthusiasts, amateurs, and professionals cross paths, exchange ideas, and discover a living, engaged, and innovative photography together. To turn this space into an immersive, warm, and technically optimal environment, iDzia has set up a complete installation that includes a high-quality LED screen, ensuring perfect visibility of the projections under all conditions, a professional sound system that guarantees faithful reproduction of voices and music, and scenographic lighting designed to enhance the courtyard while preserving the intimate atmosphere of these evenings. Thanks to this setup, the projected works fully come to life, the discussions are supported by clear and pleasant acoustics, and the overall event benefits from a carefully crafted visual aesthetic, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the festival. At iDzia, we are proud to actively contribute to the cultural life of Arles by applying our expertise to such events. 📍 Festival ID’ile, Avignon ▪️ iDzia Installation: Sound and Light On June 7 and 8, 2024, Barthelasse Island in Avignon was transformed into a vibrant stage of sound and light for the ID’ile Festival. This annual event has become a must-attend gathering in the summer cultural scene, attracting an ever-growing audience with its daring programming and commitment to innovation. The 2024 edition featured a dynamic mix of electronic, pop, and contemporary music, with standout performances by artists such as Worakls Orchestra, Bon Entendeur, Kid Francescoli, Etienne de Crécy, Isaac Delusion, and the rap duo Caballero & JeanJass. Each brought their unique style to the stage, igniting the festival atmosphere over two unforgettable evenings. To support this major cultural event, iDzia was entrusted with the complete technical installation, providing full sound and lighting design and integration . Our team created and delivered custom-built audiovisual systems designed to showcase each performance in the best possible conditions. We deployed a powerful yet finely tuned sound system that offered clarity, depth, and immersion, perfectly matching the artists' needs while ensuring a high-quality listening experience for the public. On the lighting side, scenographic elements and intelligent lighting systems were used to produce bold, evolving atmospheres that enhanced the stage presence of each performer and amplified the emotional resonance of their music. Beyond the purely technical aspects, our work was guided by a global approach that incorporated stage design, structural planning, safety, and environmental constraints specific to the natural setting of Barthelasse Island. By combining aesthetics and functionality, we were able to integrate seamlessly into the festival’s unique identity and deliver an experience that respected both the space and the public. This collaboration with the ID’ile Festival is a strong example of our mission at iDzia: to support cultural and artistic projects with expertise, dedication, and creativity. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this vibrant 2024 edition and thank the festival organizers for their trust and partnership.
