A Cocktail party in Château d’Estoublon

As summer drew to a close, Château d’Estoublon, nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, provided an exceptional setting for an elegant evening celebrating the union of Maggie Varvel and Derek Vincent. Their cocktail party in Estoublon marked the beginning of the wedding celebrations, bringing guests together in the distinctive atmosphere of this beautiful Provençal estate.

For the occasion, iDzia delivered the event’s technical and audiovisual production, working alongside the creative teams at Matthew Robbins Design and Robbins Otoya.

In the world of luxury weddings, every celebration has its own identity. The choice of venue, the desired atmosphere, the scenography and the attention paid to every detail all contribute to creating a coherent and memorable experience. Event technology plays an essential role in bringing these elements together, supporting the creative vision while blending seamlessly into the setting.

Technical Expertise in Service of Design

A Welcome Dinner is much more than a simple gathering before the wedding. It sets the tone for the celebrations to come and gives guests the opportunity to connect in a carefully curated atmosphere. In this context, technical production must meet several requirements: adapting to the venue, respecting the scenographic concept and enhancing the guest experience without overshadowing the other elements of the reception.

Sound, lighting and technical coordination must therefore be approached as part of a broader vision, with every decision contributing to the atmosphere imagined by the creative teams. Precision in execution and attention to the finishing touches are essential to achieving a result that meets the highest expectations. It is this balance between technical expertise and artistic sensitivity that defines successful events of this calibre.

Collaborating with Leading Creative Teams

We are delighted to work alongside Matthew Robbins Design and Robbins Otoya in delivering the technical and audiovisual production for their events.

Their work is distinguished by its exceptional aesthetic standards, strong creative vision and remarkable attention to detail. For technical teams, these projects offer an inspiring opportunity to collaborate closely with creative professionals, requiring attentive listening, precision and adaptability to translate their ideas into a seamless, tangible result.

The success of an event depends on the complementary skills of everyone involved: wedding planners, designers, scenographers, production teams and technical providers. Close coordination, both during the planning process and on site, allows each team to contribute to an experience that is smooth, cohesive and true to the original vision.
