Three days, two exceptional venues and five memorable highlights: iDzia was delighted to contribute to M&N’s wedding in Provence, working alongside Spanish wedding planner LAFEDERICA to support the technical production of a celebration where every moment had its own atmosphere. From an elegant welcome dinner to a lively pool party, followed by a refined ceremony, reception dinner and after party, the event brought together different experiences across three days. Each one required careful planning and coordination to ensure a seamless flow from one moment to the next.
Day 1 – An Elegant Welcome Dinner at Château d’Estoublon
The celebrations began at Château d’Estoublon, an exceptional Provençal estate offering an elegant setting for welcoming guests.
The welcome dinner set the tone for the days ahead: a refined atmosphere, a beautiful location and a first opportunity for guests to come together. The technical arrangements played an important role in supporting the experience, with sound, lighting and technical coordination helping to create the right atmosphere while respecting the character of the venue.
Day 2 – A Vibrant Pool Party
The second day brought a completely different energy with a lively pool party. Moving from an elegant dinner to a relaxed, festive atmosphere requires more than a change of mood. The technical setup must adapt to the new environment, the rhythm of the event and the expectations of the guests. For iDzia, this meant supporting another key moment of the celebration while maintaining the overall consistency of the three-day event. Every detail matters when creating an experience that feels effortless for guests, even when it involves significant preparation behind the scenes.
Day 3 – A Refined Ceremony, Reception Dinner and After Party at Carrières des Lumières
The final day brought together three distinct highlights: a gentle and refined ceremony, a reception dinner and an after party at Carrières des Lumières. Set within the monumental spaces of a former stone quarry in the Alpilles, Carrières des Lumières offers a truly remarkable setting for a wedding celebration. Its scale and distinctive atmosphere make it an exceptional venue, but also require careful technical planning. The ceremony called for a different approach from the dinner and the after party that followed. Managing these successive moments meant anticipating the technical requirements of each stage, coordinating the different arrangements and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the evening.
Behind the Scenes: Three Days of Coordination
A multi-day wedding of this scale involves much more than delivering technical services at each individual event. It requires an overall vision, precise scheduling and close collaboration between the wedding planner, technical teams and venue staff. Preparations, access arrangements, installation and dismantling schedules, changing configurations and coordination between locations all need to be carefully anticipated. The challenge is to ensure that every moment feels natural and perfectly timed, while adapting to the specific requirements of each setting. As the technical provider, iDzia worked alongside LAFEDERICA to support the different stages of M&N’s wedding, providing sound, lighting and technical expertise throughout the celebrations.
