In the breathtaking setting of the Carrières de Lumières in Les Baux-de-Provence, the charity dinner “La Nuit Étoilée” brought together the worlds of haute cuisine, generosity, and emotion. iDzia was honored to provide technical support for this extraordinary charity dinner, contributing its expertise to the seamless execution of a remarkable philanthropic event.

A Gathering of Culinary Greats for a Worthy Cause

Initiated by the acclaimed chef Alexandre Mazzia, the event united five of the most celebrated figures in French gastronomy: Alexandre Mazzia, Glenn Viel, Mauro Colagreco, Pierre Gagnaire, and Brandon Dehan. Each brought their unique culinary artistry to the table, joining forces in support of three remarkable organizations — AM Académie, the Institut Paoli-Calmettes, and Sourire à la Vie — all dedicated to improving the lives of children facing illness and their families.

Organized in collaboration with the Rotary Club Marseille Phoenix, the evening combined elegance, emotion, and purpose, reaffirming how the culinary world can unite around compassion and collective generosity.

To honor such a prestigious event, every technical detail required precision and care.

iDzia was proud to oversee the complete sound design and technical support, ensuring an atmosphere that was both immersive and delicately balanced within the stunning stone architecture of the Carrières de Lumières.

The audio setup featured a full d&b audiotechnik sound system, renowned for its clarity and precision — perfectly suited to the unique acoustics of this monumental space. Microphone capture was handled using DPA Microphones (models 4055, 4099, 2012, 2015, and 4018V), while mixing was achieved through Yamaha Pro Audio technology, guaranteeing natural and transparent sound reproduction. All wireless and in-ear systems were powered by Shure, ensuring reliability and flawless performance throughout the evening.
